Wow, this is miles better than most sushi places in town, including some that claim to be authentically Japanese and then go on to charge you $25/person for *crunchy* sashimi (yes, you read that right). I'd much gladly spend my money at Sushi 88. Wonderful, creative rolls, good service, most definitely coming back.

This restaurant is one of the best restaurant in ottawa, i must say. I've been coming here for almost 5 years now, and its improved every year. The food is phenomenal. When i read these comments, i just can't believe we've went to the same places!

Went in for drinks, seemed like a decent place. Only complaint is that the music is just far too loud, but that seems common in small pubs like Peddler's.
Word of advice, if you go at night, bring cash or a credit card as they don't use their Interact machine past 10:30PM, and you'll have to use the on site private ATM, which means a high service fee to use, as well as another one to your bank. - TD Canada Trust charges as much as $3.50 per transaction for using another machine that isn't theirs.
In short, it's a good place to go if you want to get hammered and listen to live music.
