I listen to CFRB daily. I like John Moore’s show in the morning and The Rush in the afternoon. Although I was disapointed Jay Michaels left, Rashmi Nair has been a refreshing temporary co-host. She’s smart, engaged and keeps things interesting. During one of his rants yesterday, Jim Richards used the expletive “Jesus Christ!.” If CFRB gives this a pass, count me out. A response would be appreciated.

Patrick was great to deal with and came through with everything promised and on time. They are very strict with there appointments during COVID but a very neat place to finish the transaction.
