Scrutineer must be 18 years of age, and must take oath (see forms 16,17, and 18). Scrutineers may be present at voting place 15 minutes before polls open, remain there for the duration of the vote (8 a.m.8 p.m.) and be present for the count.Order of the names on the ballots will be determined by Random Order.
