Came to this place with a few friends and I thought it did taste good, minus the waiters accidently putting ice cream on my apple crisp, it still was really good. If you're looking for a place to eat pizza or have your birthday party, or to just chill out with friends, Boston Pizza is your biggest choice you should pick. A hidden gem. No need to go to Toronto for the elegance and fine dining. Just terrific! The food presentation was great and the aromas and taste were "WOW"......very pleasing to the pallette. The starters, mains and dessert just seem to blend together..... the tastes just perfectly matched. Eugene, thanks for the birthday Gal's dessert. We'll be going back with some friends for sure.

Went here for lunch but will not be back.
I must say the food here is very good.
Unfortunately the Service Manager or Waiter is very pushy and will invite himself into your conversations. He invited himself to sample our food (which we declined), he kept trying to hit on us, and stood over us until we ordered. In addition, there were 4 gentlemen just standing around the bar looking around the whole time. It was annoying.
I am Italian and have been to many great Italian restaurants, but this is not one of them. It has great potential, great decor and great food but lacks in customer service. I really do hope they change it around.
