In the Spirit is the brainchild of Debi Niven, a local business owner. The studio offers Hatha, Restorative and Yin yoga classes both LIVE and ONLINE - tailored to the physical needs and fitness levels of its students. Live classes are small and they are mirror-free to encourage an intimate, non-judgmental atmosphere. Series classes are also offered throughout the year such as Beginner, Intermediate and Strength Chair Yoga as well as Chakra Yin and Yin for the Brain & Nervous System.
