I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

I was first introduced to Align Chiropractic through my mom who started with them in 2000. I've been going to the clinic since 2007 and have experienced nothing but satisfaction with the service and the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I love how personal each appt. is- you don't feel like just another client. I've been able to manage my chronic back pain with regular visits; Dr. Watson (literally) has my back covered! Barbara Paull is a British trained physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, UK. She immigrated to Canada in 1967 and has concentrated upon orthopaedic physiotherapy practice and post-graduate education for over forty years. She is an active member of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association.
In 1985 Barbara left her position as Director of Physiotherapy at York County Hospital (now Southlake Regional Hospital) in Newmarket, to open this private clinic. In 1992 she opened a second clinic dedicated to injured musicians. www.stouffvillemusiciansinjuriesclinic.ca.
