By understanding what each client's goals and wishes are about end of life, this becomes my guide for which I can provide validation, knowledge and key resources. By working as a Palliative Care Nurse I provide deeper insight and knowledge about end of life care and all the transitions surrounding it. During the journey, I assist the client to live out and enjoy their remaining days as much as possible. I also assist the client and their families to make decisions and talk about end of life care, and by doing so it provides less burden and stress to bare.
