We used them for our complete home renovation in 2015. We required them to come out and do an original appraisal of our house and then another 5 times, once for each draw for our money we needed from the bank. Our appraiser was Dawn and she was very professional and prompt in her appraisals. She turned them around in 24 hours making for a very smooth and pleasant process between them, the bank and our builder. Had them do some insurance work on our trailer, while that portion was good, we had two new 30# propane tanks stolen off the trailer. Not blaming them bur perhaps some cameras would eliminate the thefts. They admitted it has happened previously as well. Seems like a pretty simple fix to an ongoing problem.
