Across 22 locations and online, VPL serves nearly 428,000 active members and is the third-largest public library system in Canada. Vancouver Public Library offers a wide range of events, including author readings, civic dialogue, computer training, and story times for babies, toddlers, and young children.

John Russell graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1989, and has been in private practice since that time. John has received extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy and exercise science courses. He has been an international instructor of St. John Neuromuscular Therapy seminars, as well as Muscle Balance and Function exercise courses. John has been a member of an integrated health team with Dr. Khan and Dr. Yasin, as well as a Massage Therapist for the B.C. Lions of the Canadian Football League and the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League. John has completed the five years of study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2008. He continues to study and practice manual osteopathic technique.
