In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. I had my car serviced in Scarboro Kia service department for maintenance. When I called to make an appointment, a representitive helped me to get a rough quotation for the job and made an appointment.
On the service day, I was happy with their service and the result. A mechanic, Ali, was excellent in knowledge, skill and the service. I recommend this dealer shop for the service.
