Excellent service from start to finish. Our experience was smooth from the moment Corinne arrived to give us advice and a quote. We loved that someone came to us with colour samples and then took photos and provided us photos. She continued to help with trim selections. From then to the final order, installation and billing all went extremely well. And most important the final product which was 2 iron ore walnut coloured garage doors with windows look fabulous and totally changed the look.

We have had Laurysen do cabinetry in multiple rooms in our home over the past 5+ years of renovating our home (kitchen, bathrooms, closets, dining room). Our designer has always been excellent to work with, the installers have been precise and professional and the limited service work was completed in a timely manner by their professional technicians. I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. The pharmacy went above & beyond for me just recently. There was a mix up for the delivery of my meds and they weren’t delivered. Spoke with the pharmacist as I was concerned as it was two fays going on three I hadn’t taken one prescription. I had no way of getting to the store beyond taking an expensive Uber. I don’t drive and I’m disabled. A very kind employee named Thelma offered her help. The pharmacist called and let me know. I am so very pleased and thankful!

I went several times to the St Laurent Ave location, and had excellent advice on various products. Their prices were better for same products elsewhere ( ie same brand, same sku) . My only concern is that they do not have a huge selection. but what they have is solid wood doors and great prices on cabinets and tubs and taps etc. in spite of that I was able to find everything there (except a toilet) for my new bathroom
