I had an issue with one of their staff members and the way that they were driving on the road. I made one phone call and was given an apology by the person and told exactly what happened and where the misunderstanding came from. Admittedly, I have not done any business with this company, but if their staff are as thoughtful and courteous as this gentleman was during this phone call, then you should give them your business.

Very polite installer even took his boots of in our house and cleaned up afterwards. They installed very fast and the furnace is so quiet and kicks out the heat. Office staff where very helpful with finding the warranty registration information.Also very good product for the price and service.
