I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

My both kids went to the childrens choice daycare. They started as babies in delta location and after went to the surrey location. Ms Jasmeen and her staff are amazing. Staff is fully qualified and have all the necessary certifications such as First Aid, CPR, ECE Certificate etc. The Daycare Room is committed to preparing children for Kindergarten by teaching the necessary skills using a combination of social interaction through play and projects introduced in a classroom setting.The Classroom includes arts & crafts center, group activity area, dramatic play area, library, and construction center.
