It was the best experience ever with the Perma shine company. Yes it takes a long time for the treatment of undercoating, but luckily I wwent home to wait. The staff were courteous, the office clean, but the biggest surprise happenned when the manager said" give us a few minutes while we wash your car." I had driven in from the country and the exterior was covered in dirt and pollen. I did not recognize my car when they drove it out to the lot, and the best surprise was the sparkling hub caps.

I had a fantastic experience with this company! After a bad wind/rain storm, I was left with flooding. After a panicked call to the company after hours, I was assured it would be okay and it would be taken care of. It was, each trade was great to deal with and aftercare has been top notch. I had two trailer hitches installed, one for a Tesla Model S and one for a Subaru WRX. I was particularly impressed with how well they put a 1 1/4" hitch on the Tesla. Other installers in the city were reluctant to take it on and were quoting me high prices because of the anticipated labour charge but U-Haul had specific instructions for this hitch and a cost that was lower than I was quoted elsewhere. Note that I went for a traditional hitch instead of an Eco Hidden Hitch.

I am sorry to hear that the other people who have commented here did not have a good experience. I have been going to Midas for several years for a variety of services from mufflers to tires and brakes, etc. They have always been friendly, fair, reasonably priced, and have provided me with good advice in terms of what needs to be done vs. what could be done. I highly recommend the shop.
