D & M came and cleaned my living room and hallway. He came at the time we had arranged, he gave me a great price. He clean my carpets very well and in a timely manner. He even got out out my tough coffee stain that another company tried and failed to do!! I will be using them again!

It was with great pride to come home to find that our sewer connection to the house was finished. Topsoil was in place . plants replaced, and no soil or sand left on site. I took a look around the neighbourhood in dismay that other contractors had left such a mess for the homeowners to clean up. Approved was very professional in their work and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The is a West kelowna company that takes great pride in the jobs they do at competitive prices. Great job

Fantastic. It starts at the front with something very unusuall today. A Maitre De or a Host with experience and maturity unlike most restaurants.Impeccable service as we never did a thing. Waiters , Host , bus people. We had an excellent meal served by a professional waitress whose name I did not get. Time after time and year after year this place continues to impress.
