The technician from Canadian Climate Control was professional and thorough and was able to fix my heat pump in a single visit. They even found things that a different service company did not find and could not fix. Their rates were also extremely reasonable and the total invoice was almost half of what other companies have charged. The electronic fingerprinting was very fast and I received an email confirmation that my fingerprints had been accepted by the Ottawa RCMP the same day. 2 weeks later CIC received my Certified Record in the mail and all was well. The fee I paid was lower than other firms. I was booked in the same day and everything was done in about 15 minutes. The people were very friendly and helpful and they explained everything along the way. I highly recommend this company and they have free parking!

If you require any trees removed or trimmed look no further than Capital City Tree Service, they are friendly and very professional.
