I was very happy with the front staff and how nice they were to my puppy giving her treats for her first visit. My appointment however was at 1:40 and I didn't see the Vet till 2:30. I work so I need to know that if this is normal so I can schedule accordingly. Otherwise I like the staff and the Vet was good too.

I phoned Charleswood Towing on a Sunday to see if they would come to my house on Monday to obtain a new battery and replace the old one. Mike agreed to it. They showed up Monday morning, removed the old battery and went and purchased a new one. They returned and put in the new battery. The two guys were friendly and very efficient. They charged a really good price as well. I would absolutely use Charleswood Towing in the future.

A real small town type mechanic shop. Very friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable staff. I don’t know much about cars and they took the time to discuss and explain my cars issues. Matthew and Drake provided my wife and I excellent service last month. We bought a fire pit and it wouldn’t fit in our car. They took the time to unload it from the box and loaded it into our car.
