Dr Kim Hause is not only professional but is very friendlly and ready to explain what is going on with the affliction you have with your eye sight and give options. I went in November 8 for some snacks on my way home. There was an accident on the hwy which is why I stopped in. Katrina was very polite and friendly the whole time I was in there. I didn't see anyone there to help her out with the line up. She truly deserves credit for how she handled the situation. I believe it was at 2 pm I was in there.
