I am so thankful for the exceptional service and care I receive from Images Dental! I broke a tooth the day before my bridal shower and Dr. S came in last minute and on his day off to fix it. I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.

Dr. Robert Yale is amazing, I used to see Dr. Mulhall and he was an awful optometrist. The first time I went to see Dr. Yale, I knew then and there that I would be a return customer. He takes good care of his patients, advises them with detailed information, and answers all of my questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone!!

Reflections is fantastic and I am very happy with Dr Tsang. It is more expensive than other practices but I feel very confident in the care I receive there. They saved me when I had a dental issue turned emergency that my previous dental office failed to address over months. The office is nice and calm and private. Only complaint would be that they often call and ask/ tell me to switch my appointment times but charge a fee if *I* were to change an appointment with less than 48 hrs notice.

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Because you get the one on one attention that you can't get in the school system. They teach you how to focus. It's a positive environment. They give you lots of breaks to maximize your learning. They help you overcome learning disabilities. They don't put a label on you and make you feel dumb like the rest of the world. They don't believe in dissabilities. I highly recommend taking your children there if they are struggling in school.
