In 1996, Simard & Associates, a law firm situated in Rockland, east of Ottawa, was opened by Marc Simard, a sole practitioner, and his wife, Martine Nolin-Simard as a family-based business. Formerly known as Marc Simard Professional Corporation on Edwards Street, Rockland, the law firm offered a wide range of legal services to address the needs of the growing community. Our house physician, Dr. Yves Lefèbvre, visits on a monthly basis to provide health care and follow-up. Residents who are able are encouraged to consult with him at his office at the Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team that is within walking distance. Johanne Delorme, our director of care and services has 15 years of experience at Pavillon Laurier. All of our staff members have had a criminal record check to work with vulnerable populations and are qualified in CPR and First Aid. Our continuing education philosophy ensures the continuous quality of care.
