As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

I visited Cochrane Image and Autobody this past week, as I required some work on my Audi A4, due to a minor fender bender that occured a week prior. The quote that I was given for the required work, was less than two additional quotes that I had obtained that week. Additionally the service and workmanship that I received there was exceptional.
I have owned several high end vehicles over the past few years and I can state, without a doubt, that my experience here was incredible. Cochrane Image and Autobody, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Additional work that I had asked to be carried out last minute, was completed in a timely fashion. Furthermore, my vehicle received a comprehensive cleaning (interior/exterior) at no additional charge. In short, I received superior treatment; better than I recieve from the dealer with which the vehicle was purchased, at a fraction of the cost. I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea about 4 years ago. Dr. Alonso and the sleep techs have been very helpful and I am happy to say that my sleep has greatly improved and it's much easier to wake up in the morning. No more feeling sleepy in the afternoon :-) Initially, CPAP was hard but I got used to the therapy with the help of everyone at the clinic.
