I am a senior and every time, usually bimonthly, I am pleased with my hair cut. But often I am charged a different price.
Usually Including tip its $20 but a few times lately it cost me $23 for my cut/trim. My pension is such that I have to count every Penny and don't wish to make a fuss, especially usually other people present. Maybe you could point out to your employees because we are old we should not be easy game.
