The work was done with professionalism and care. Our interactions with the staff were positive; they are friendly and easy to get a hold of. Based on a very brief email message, Jan knew instantly what was happening to my dogs coat and why - and explained how she could get it back to the way it should look. She worked on my dog promptly, and handled her gently so my dog left looking lovely - and without showing any signs of stress. Becky did an amazing job altering my dress to make sure it fit just right for my wedding. I had a fitted mermaid that was 2 sizes to large in the top and 1 size in the bottom based on weight loss after ordering the dress. She basically had to take the top of the dress apart and rebuild it. It was PERFECT and cost way less than I had expected.

I went in November 8 for some snacks on my way home. There was an accident on the hwy which is why I stopped in. Katrina was very polite and friendly the whole time I was in there. I didn't see anyone there to help her out with the line up. She truly deserves credit for how she handled the situation. I believe it was at 2 pm I was in there.
