Melia was at the front desk both times I had to go in and while waiting I witnessed her deal with several customers who were angry. She was so professional and responded in a professional, sympathetic manner. Each time reassuring the customer that she would do her best to fix the problem. When I was up, she was, again, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up my account and help me save some money. Excellent tasty food - the best GF bread and bagels I've had. While the bread may appear heavy when purchased, it toasts beautifully, is moist and light when warm. Their Turkey Meatball Panini to die for. Will drive all the way to Courtenay to get a supply of bread for my freezer.

You cannot believe the treasures you can find, from exotic tunics to kitchen ware to novels...just keep hunting. Great place with friendly staff and quick product turnover. And always special deals on something. There are several change rooms, but no access to public bathroom.
