KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). She is so helpful and efficient, made suggestions and arranged for us to add cell phone service (sim cards on their way). She helped us to get the best price for our bundle (Internet, computer, TV and landline)and is personable and kind even though I explained we are technopeasants, both of us (husband and wife) in our 70s! I love this place! The staff are amazing, and make you feel SO comfortable. They make every effort to talk to you and explain things in detail if need be. The hygienists are all so gentle, you would never know they were cleaning while they do it. Very trendy location, and decor. Hopefully they get Wi-Fi sometime soon so you can use your phone to watch shows as an alternative to the great TV's they have for each patient room!
