I keep hearing that dryer vents can be a fire hazard. I have been searching for someone to check my dryer vent to make sure it was safe. I found Tyler and Dryer Vent wizard in the yellow pages. He came to my house and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. After looking at my dryer and the vents, he sat down with me and showed me exactly what needed to be done and told me why . He did not pressure or make me feel uncomfortable. Once the work was done he left my laundry room cleaner than when he got here. I went to Elise after reading some reviews. My hair was almost shoulder length and not flattering at all. We discussed what I had in mind and she asked questioned, it was a good talk. My hair was shampooed and then Elise took over. What a transformation. I was totally in awe. I have never had such a haircut. I was overjoyed with the service I recieved. The staff were caring and friendly. I went in not quite sure what to send to a friends celebration of life and the two women there helped me get the best arrangement for him. My friends family request information on where I went to get such a beautiful arrangement made for their son. They still have it to this day. I found the staff knew what questions to ask me to get the best for a friend I lost to cancer. Thank you and I would definitely go back.
