I recently worked with Chef Dez and The Fold Catering for a fundraiser event, Party for a Cause, to raise money for a local at-risk youth after-school program. We had about 130 people attend and Chef Dez's dish was one of the most popular items at our food table. He was punctual, provided us with a chaffing dish, showed me how to use it properly, and let his food do the rest. I definitely recommend The Fold Catering for future events - they are energetic, passionate, committed, and professional!

These guys were Phenomenal...they came to our house on Wednesday last week to install our new garage door by taking down the old shelf above the garage (which took most of the day) and putting in our new garage door along with the aluminum capping, the lock in front of the door, the weather stripping etc. By watching everything all come together and the end result was just amazing. I had a 500 page family tree I wanted to get printed for my parent’s 70th wedding anniversary. I called around and the most helpful person I talked to was Steve from UPS. He gave me a quote for 50 copies and stuck to it. Steve and Fatima were very helpful in choosing the right cover and binding. We loved it. We've stopped in several times. There's a nice selection and the food is fabulous. I love the Caesar Salad -- they even do takeout. A great selection of coffee and delightful desserts. I think most of the staff is family so they put their hearts into it and it shows. Service is speedy and friendly. It's not a designer establishment but it's very clean and welcoming.
