Ann and her staff, Erica and Chrissy, are always kind and easy on the animals. It's unbelievable how calming a good Groomer like Ann is for an animal who is nervous of being groomed. I always ask her to do my puppies' early grooms to start them right.

James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

Fabulous food and fantastic service. Definitely worth the lovely 20 minutes drive from Ottawa. They have the best fishing tacos and lamb burgers. Fine dining with fresh ingredients, and the desserts are outstanding. The brunch on Sunday is excellent with the quiche, omelettes, French toast, fish cakes and so much more. Highly recommend ??
