I have received the best service from Mel in the auto shop. My battery went in my car and being a single mom with one car I was in a panic. MEl was able to fit me in right away ( I had to call I tow truck to pick up the car while I was working) . I work in qualicum so I worried about how I was going to get to canadian tire in parksville to pick up my car, Mel and a Co worker drove my car to qualicum to my work. They went far and above in their service. I will be back for all of my car needs. Thank you again.

Being new to the area, and in a home with poor water quality, Culligan Water has been a blessing. The water tastes good & the driver is always courteous and helpful. Also, having the ability to do a quick refill at the depot in Parksville when we use more than we budgeted for has been convenient. We haven't regretted for one second starting our monthly delivery. I was on the Island and staying in the Downtown area and I happened to go into this amazing store, I found some wonderful stuff while I shopped. I ended up leaving with more than I expected I was going in to look at as we all do when we find a shop that has just what we want. Everything was so comfortable and the prices were amazing as well. I have been engaged in the counselling field since 2007 and have worked in a variety of contexts; including crisis lines, mental health facilities, centres supporting women and children experiencing violence, correctional facilities, and community supportive recovery housing. While I have experience working with many different problems, my primary areas of specialty are trauma processing and EMDR, addictions, as well as couple and family work.
