They are very busy, and 2 people can only handle so much. That being said, I appreciate that the doctor will call me personally if there is something very urgent or if she knows I'm stressed about certain results. She has done this for me on a few occasions and it was appreciated that she took the time to call me instead of making me book an appointment. Both doctors are great.
