Plus, the building has a huge parking lot that always has space for your car and two exits and entrances that make it easy to come and go. These folks have been in business for a long time and with good reason. They have excellent sales staff who are not pushy but very knowledgeable. We ordered a chair custom made in Toronto (Yay: Canadian made) and have been told that when it is ready, if we don't like it, we don't have to pay for it. They deliver for free. You don't get this kind of service any more so we are delighted and will definitely use this store again.

Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.

Checked 3 other stores for an ipod rechargable player that was on sale before Christmas and no one had one . One store checked the warehouse and said there was none available but Heather that works at that store was the only one to call and see when it would be in .She told me and i was able to get before Christmas.Bigger is not always better.
