Took my boyfriend for his birthday lunch on 01 Feb and ordered off the Winterlicious menu. Each course was perfectly presented and just right, portion-wise. When dessert came, they had put a candle on his plate along with "Joyeux Anniversaire" written in chocolate along the edge. A very nice touch! Our server Chad was very attentive, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the wine list. Will definitely return for more!!

Have loved going here for the past 3 weeks. I had become so frustrated, feeling like my upper back pain would never go away despite being only 26 years old. However in the past few weeks, Dr. Homer has greatly improved my back pain to it basically being gone. I expect at this rate to be pain-free in the next couple weeks and I couldn’t be more happy and relieved. Thank God I found Dr. Homer!

Depression, anxiety, social phobia and other mental disorders are the result of distorted, irrational thought patterns. These habitual distortions in thinking, or automatic thoughts, can cause people to withdraw, panic, avoid situations or engage in other self-defeating or self-damaging behaviour. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) uses structured and directive techniques to alter dysfunctional thought patterns by weakening the connection between distressing situations and automatic reactions. Patients learns how to identify and manage irrational thoughts; to cope through controlled exposure. CBT combines two very effective forms of psychotherapy: cognitive therapy and behaviour therapy.
