Shahla focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of the physical body’s structure in order to optimize physiological functioning. Techniques she uses include manual palpation, soft tissue therapy including trigger point therapy and myofascial release technique, osteo-articular joint mobilization, therapeutic exercises, and muscle energy techniques and many more in conjunction with biomechanical, orthopaedic and neurological clinical assessment. She seeks to optimise structural balance allowing the physiology to perform optimally.
