Mark is our 3rd generation winemaker so its definitely in his blood. We wanted to create our own heritage winery; yet never had a farm at that time. So, we thought outside the box and started the first home-based winery in Canada on Rocky Creek and moved now to our existing location with 10 acres and still growing. Since then three more stores have been added to the 49th family, Cedar, Chemainus and Duncan locations.
