I am a Doula, mom boss, yogi, passion driven, birth loving woman. I’ve been living in and serving the Kamloops community since 2012 and have loved every minute of it. I’ve trained with DONA, Birth Arts International, The Simkin Centre and the International Childbirth Educators Association. Although to be honest; living life, growing a family and holding space for birthing women has been the real training. Working with tiny-human growing folks is my passionate heart’s work. Each birth I have attended and birthing woman I have stood by (knelt, squatted or crouched by) has moved and changed me. I work from the perspective that birth has the capacity to be the most joyful (yes, seriously) and powerful time in one’s life and that as such a time it deserves extra thought, care and support.

In Demand Auto Recycling is a vehicle recycling and auto wrecking company in Kamloops, BC. We specialize in stocking popular and in demand parts for many import and domestic vehicles. The motivation for opening this division of our business was born out of the frustration of overpriced parts or poor quality parts that we often see when repairing vehicles on daily basis. Our specialty and personal interest is in JDM and import vehicles and providing related engine swaps. If you have specific engines or parts you are after please contact us and we will do our best to provide or access those components.
