Lorsque j’ai contacté l’entreprise un certain jeudi pour faire venir un estimateur, la réceptionniste me donne rendez-vous pour le lundi suivant à 16h.
Le lundi à 16h30, l’estimateur n’est toujours pas arrivé.
J’appelle l’entreprise et l’homme au bout du fil m’informe qu’il n’y a pas de rendez-vous associé à mon nom dans l’agenda. Je bous! De plus, il m’informe que l’entreprise ne se déplace pas jusqu’à ma ville! J’ai de la vapeur qui sort des oreilles! Je fustige à l’homme le travail de la réceptionniste pour m’avoir fait perdre mon temps.
Par professionnalisme, l’homme me propose de se déplacer le lendemain pour me faire une estimation. Chose dite, chose faite.
Quoique la soumission était de beaucoup élevée (à cause du transport) par rapport aux autres que j’ai eux, je remercie l’estimateur pour son professionnalisme et de s’être déplacé.

The athmosphere was warm and fantastic, there was a chansonnier who was singing Madelinot's songs. The service was great and all the waiters were smiley. I took the lobster on Table d'Hôte with the five kinds of salads (my favorites were the Tomato & Cucumber salad and the rice salad) and everything tasted like home made food and was very fresh and delicious. We also had a bottle of Jacobs' Creek (red) which was also very good. This restaurant is definitely worth the detour. we had a great time and it is now one of my favorite restaurants in Montreal!
