Affordable Housing was established in 1982 to develop, own and manage rental housing for low and moderate income families, seniors and singles/couples. It is made up of a group of non-profit societies registered either under the Society Act or as a Charity. Affordable operates under a Board of Directors made up of business, professional and community leaders. The Board sets policy, approves major transactions and ensures Affordable's objectives are met. The head office is centrally located in New Westminster and operates under the direction of a management team that consists of CEO Bob Nicklin, Comptroller Steve Hoock and five Property Managers.

Our Vancouver Bed and Breakfast is located on the southeastern edge of downtown Vancouver in a safe and elegant neighbourhood. The Manor Guest House is an Edwardian mansion built in 1902. The original character of the Manor is reflected in its spacious rooms with tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors. Most of our bed and breakfast units have private bath and we also have full suites. Our bed and breakfast units are comfortably furnished with English antiques and Persian carpets. The Manor Guest House is the only bed and breakfast in Vancouver that serves vegetarian breakfasts and our chef will cater to all dietary needs.Beautifully landscaped gardens and decks both in the front and the back of the house, our Vancouver BandB house provides a serene environment in which to escape with a good book or a glass of wine.
