Have had only miele appliances in my two houses for the past twenty five years.two dishwashers, two ranges, and two ovens. Have had no issues with the quality product. Also have a miele vacuum cleaner and the bags and filters. Sold our house and the dishwasher utensil tray clip snapped. 13 year old dishwasher and avenue ordered the parts and they were in a week. I noticed a screw in my tire at the car wash, it was Saturday noon of long weekend. I was going out if town, but not with a screw loose in my tire, one in my head is bad enough.lol Anyway I called around, Midas said if I got my truck in shortly, they would have it repaired by 4:00pm. They succeeded in between other appointments, did the inner patch repair, plus did a 55 point no charge inspection.

Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.
