I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. I've been to a couple different therapists at Everest Therapeutics and they are fantastic. Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage. The reception team is friendly and knowledgeable.... give them a call to find the right RMT for you
