He is examiner for Accreditation for the Academy and served as Chairman of Accreditation for two years. He is a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies having successfully completed the Advanced Anterior Aesthetic program in 1999, and was successful in completing the masters program at L.V.I. in 2000. Dr. Adam W Pite is a genuine, caring dentist with a small-town personality who has had extensive experience in complex dentistry in his relatively short career. He has attended post-graduate training at Vancouver General Hospital and is a proctor with the California Centre for Advanced Dental Studies (http://www.ccads.org). Dr. Pite is trained in IV Sedation and performs surgery related to implants. He has provided oral care for the Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre, and as of January 2011, Dr. Pite provides oral care for patients of the Vancouver Island Cancer Centre. We assess nutritional imbalances, taking into consideration clients' general health, level of stress and medical history. Any condition (or just living) exerts stress on the body, and each person reacts differently, so a program for wellness must take into consideration the individual, their genetics, lifestyle, history, and so on. We don't advocate a 'cookie cutter' approach to wellness, and the kind of nutrition and supplementation that may be appropriate for one person, may not be the right approach for another person with similar issues.
