I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
