Amazing, helpful and friendly service! I had a flat tire at a nearby gas station around 5pm after work today. I managed to slowly drive over and the people at gifford we’re so welcoming and eager to help! They reassured me everything was going to be okay and patched up my tire then sent me on my way in 20 minutes! I have never felt so at home and in good hands with a garage. Amazing service and care. Knowledgable, fast, customer service oriented. Never before have we encountered a business that truly cares about their customers the way Hosie & Brown does. The employees all work together like a well oiled geared machine to help problem solve any car issue that you come to their shop with.
We were travelling and our blower motor stopped working. It was the middle of an Ontario summer and the staff understood the importance of this piece of equipment. They were the 10th shop that we had called to look for this part, as apparently it was really rare to find.
Their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism helped us solve this issue.
We would highly recommend doing business with them.
