I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. We bought a vehicle in October 2014. We have never been treated like this before at a car dealership. Everyone was pleasent and cheerful. There was no PUSHY ATTITUDE from the salesman. We were actually treated like a person rather than another vehicle sold on the monthly list as at other dealerships. Every car we test drove was washed and impecably clean. When we were there the dealership was very busy and this feat alone was remarkable. Overall it was a wonderful buying experience.
