But his real job was bugging the crap out of the Beaches store, and buying everything he could reach. It was a tough start, as any business can be, but things went well. Kale is still there, surrounded by a skilled but slightly off group of sales guys and top mechanics. The downtown store offers a full range of bikes for all disciplines, and all the parts and accessories you could ask for. And of course, the service shop offers the top quality repair and tuneup services that Cycle Solutions is known for. But above all, what makes these guys stand out is the level of customer service, which has been Cycle Solutions' main claim to fame since day one.
