StretchLab Glenmore Landing offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Chakradance uses jungian psychology, chakras,meditation, mandala art therapy, the power of music aligned to specific chakras, dance, and guides the participant through internal soulwork. You delve into your mind, body, & soul. Together all these things are weaved into a healing energy which done in a sacred space .
When one is finished a Chakradance session one is left feeling with a overall calmness, de-stressed, yet at the same time energized.
