I have been going here to get my nails done weekly since it opened. Tina and Ivy (the owners) and their staff are truly fantastic! The salon is clean and I always get a fantastic manicure. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. I will never, ever go anyplace else. This nail salon is truly a standout amongst all of the other horrible and dirty places in Richmond Hill. The Nail Lounge & Beauty Bar is very clean and welcoming. A great modern atmosphere. Sometimes I feel rushed when I have treatments done. Communication is a bit frustrating as well. Overall, a great place to have manicures and pedicures. Menu of services and prices that are visible to clients would be beneficial. This has been requested many times, but nothing has happened. Last thing, perhaps a television right above the manicure area with news or music videos would be a good idea.
