We are all born with the capacity to bring something to this world. Some of us have the innate "need" to create. It is an interesting and difficult to explain phenomenon. It is hardly an expression of ego because ego and true creativity do not come from the same place. I love trying new materials and new ideas. If we don’t take on challenges that push our abilities to their limits, how would they grow? My customers are people who haven't been able to find a local jeweler capable of bringing their idea to reality. There are many people out there who do custom jewelry, so it would be foolish to say that I am better than everyone else. The best way to set oneself apart is to be distinct and to me, that is the natural state.

Classic Jewelry Designs began as a happy hobby about 2009. I began collecting Swarovski crystals, pearls and other interesting beads that I felt could be made into unique bracelets and earrings. These were given as gifts, for special occasions or because they were admired by friends and colleagues. Interest in my jewelry grew until my hobby became a business. There are so many new and unusual beads and stones coming to the market, it is hard to keep up. I enjoy the challenge of completing new interesting patterns and designs that I know people will appreciate.
