This is by far the best No Frills I have ever been to. It is clean, well stocked, the staff are friendly and helpful, the produce is fresh and very impressed with the butcher and meat; well-priced and the quality is better than the 2 Metros in the area. Always shop here and I have shopped at the other No Frills in Etobicoke, Rexdale and Woodbridge. Hands down a great store.

I have had shoulder and neck issues for a long time and because I travel a lot I have tried many clinics in many cities. That makes me a good judge when it comes to these services (maybe i should quit my job and become a pro critique. lol) anyways, I've had chiro (dr. rabi) & massage (hilary) sessions at altima and happy with both. i usually ask many questions but they always take their time answering me. also kudos for booking my appointments back to back (huge time saver)

Barbara Paull is a British trained physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, UK. She immigrated to Canada in 1967 and has concentrated upon orthopaedic physiotherapy practice and post-graduate education for over forty years.
