In 1980's & 90's our only go to breakfast place as we had to travel south to care for elderly parents, then as our lives normalized we could stop for a lunch and now in 2017 we try to stop in for a late breakfast or early lunch, thank you to all the wonderful staff over 30 years.

We didn't expect to find Greek food on the menu when we arrived, but it was a pleasant surprise! The food is really good here. The restaurant is a bit small, but worth the wait. The servers are friendly. And the owner is usually in the house talking to the customers, which is nice! They have a daily drink special as well. Live music on the weekends. A nice, casual Greek dinner, this is your place!

Craig is awesome. He’s one of those old time tradesman…have lots of parts in hand and takes pride in their work while charging a fair price. He’s worked on all my gas appliances in the last 15 years (as well as all my neighbours). Great guy. Great service. He’s a whiz at all things fireplace. I’ve seen him refurb and repair fireplaces that other gas contractors said had to be replaced since no repair was possible.

I’ve learned SO MUCH over the years about our local birds from the amazing owner Colin! They always answer my e mail or phone queries promptly and carry quality seeds and related products. Surrey has its share of Japanese restaurants, but this little cafe in the heart of Newton is one of the finest out there. They say once you have their sushi you will remember their name - it's true! Their tempura is the best I've ever had, and their sushi is always fresh and full of flavor. The only problem they have is location, the restaurant is too small for the volume of people and the parking in the area is terrible. Regardless of that, they are the greatest, so try them today!
