I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. This is a fabulous store. Clean and beautiful showroom with a huge selection of frames.
You don't get that framing store feeling where you are going to leave with your pockets empty.
I was taken care of by the owner Mike.
He spent at least 30 minutes with me discussing all of my options and catered the work to my budget.
I picked up the picture one week later and was more than happy with the finished product. It is now hanging in my living room and looks great.
After getting a quote from Michaels' during their 50% off sale, I decided to shop around a little as the price still seemed to high..
I am happy I did so because I ended up spending 40% less at the framing guys.
Overall a great experience and it's nice to find a framing store with honest pricing.
The only partial negative is there are only 3 parking spots in front so I had to park in the back where the Service Ontario is.
For the amount of money I saved it was well worth it.
